Description
This role play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.
Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively to support production effectively.
Requirements
Perform daily production tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production goals and timeline
Participate in all production-related activities, including assembly, quality checks, and packaging.
Assemble various components, parts, and wires accordingly.
Cut and assemble harnessing cables as per requirements, ensuring proper connection and insulation.
Perform manual and simple soldering as required.
Conduct thorough quality checks during the assembly process to ensure each product meets the required specifications.
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly, making necessary adjustments or reporting problems to supervisors or seniors.
Handle and operate simple hand tools and tester.
Pack finished goods securely and neatly for shipment or storage.
Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
Ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
