Join KCB Bank Uganda Limited as a Branch Channels Officer, responsible for driving digital channels and ensuring effective communication with Agent Banking and Card Business Managers.
Duty Station: Kampala
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update new/existing Agent Banking and merchant business networks.
- Manage agent and merchant network development, communicate strategies, and address complaints.
- Participate in the selection and recruitment of new agents/merchants, providing feedback on files.
- Support and deliver training to agents/merchants, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
- Communicate new initiatives to agents/merchants, promoting retention and customer awareness.
- Ensure agent liquidity, managing forecasting and delivery processes in collaboration with Agent Banking Manager.
- Drive sales optimization, aiming for growth in transactions and promoting the use of digital platforms.
- Support agents/merchants with daily visits, providing tools, branding, and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Train agents on account opening and create awareness of services offered at agent touchpoints.
Academic and Professional Skills:
- Experience in developing and supervising a network of agents/merchants.
- Proven success in report writing and sales lead maintenance.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to interpret financial reports and analyze trends.
- Knowledge of IT and Microsoft packages.
- People management skills with a customer-centric focus.
