The SSM is accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services in the selected region. In addition, the SSM is also the Supplier Relationship Manager and responsible for all commercial relationships with the suppliers making sure we extract the highest possible value from our supplier base.

What you will do!

• Evaluate and select suppliers for the site services category.
• Conduct supplier discussions to create more value for Ericsson.
• Ensure supplier agreement implementation with proper contract T&Cs.
• Efficiently manage key Suppliers as per Ericsson SRM framework
• Ensure that sourcing KPIs & targets are met with great success; like cost reduction, supplier consolidation.
• Ensure that Preferred Supplier List is in place and followed.
• Extracting the best value from suppliers by driving the RFx process.
• Ensure that compliance on sourcing process follow up is 100%.

• Education: Engineering Degree or Business Administration or relevant procurement degree
• 7-15 years procurement experience relevant to network rollout or management services. Telecommunication service experience is a plus.
• Experience handling complex spend of technical requirements.

• Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge.
• Business sense skills.
• Contract Leadership skills.
• Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
• Knowledge of market and site service supplier base.
