Job Description:
- Identify risks, prepare action plans, and monitor their progress.
- Provide input on process and system enhancements.
- Ensure quality assurance is aligned with service standards.
- Monitor and report on service level agreements and turnaround times.
- Maintain service, quality, and designed outputs within functional processes.
- Share knowledge and participate in creating new standards and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- Perform on-the-job analysis to improve efficiencies and client service.
- Prepare statistical and trend reports to communicate quality outcomes.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other departments for process improvements.
- Develop and audit quality assurance strategies.
- Root cause analysis and corrective action planning for recurrent issues.
- Support staff in handling escalated issues and coordinate issue resolution.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback to management.
- Make recommendations to management for policy and process development.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line manager.
