Job Description:

• Identify risks, prepare action plans, and monitor their progress.
• Provide input on process and system enhancements.
• Ensure quality assurance is aligned with service standards.
• Monitor and report on service level agreements and turnaround times.
• Maintain service, quality, and designed outputs within functional processes.
• Share knowledge and participate in creating new standards and procedures.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
• Perform on-the-job analysis to improve efficiencies and client service.
• Prepare statistical and trend reports to communicate quality outcomes.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other departments for process improvements.
• Develop and audit quality assurance strategies.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action planning for recurrent issues.
• Support staff in handling escalated issues and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback to management.
• Make recommendations to management for policy and process development.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line manager.
