Position Title: Graduate Intern – Monitoring & Evaluation / Finance & Operations / Project Management
Reporting to: Various Supervisors based on Department/Location
Key Duties:
M&E Graduate Interns:
- Design and implement project monitoring tools.
- Support data collection initiatives and ensure the use of appropriate tools.
- Monitor project activities and report progress towards targets.
- Participate in capacity building initiatives.
- Contribute to project research, evaluation, and learning initiatives.
- Participate in monthly project review meetings and share key findings.
Finance and Operations Graduate Interns:
- Receive and direct visitors.
- Analyze and process utility bills.
- Manage office and premises.
- Handle petty cash processing.
- Assist in store and stock management.
- Process basic payments, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Assist in journal and statutory reporting.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to Plan International’s global policies for safeguarding children.
Educational Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Social Work).
- Graduated between 2020 and 2024 with a Second-Class upper degree.
- Available transcripts.
