Platinum Credit (U) Ltd, a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd, has introduced a new product available to formally employed persons working in the Private Sector.

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager – Civil Servant Loans Product will be responsible for creating and nurturing a vibrant and productive sales team, as well as coordinating all sales and marketing activities in the region.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing for new business.
2. Achieving sales targets for the branch under supervision.
3. Motivating, mentoring, and ensuring high energy levels of the teams at the branch.
4. Ensuring growth in the number of actual and active Sales Representatives.
5. Ensuring retention of Sales Representatives.
6. Continuous and thorough training of Sales Representatives.
7. Overseeing office operation and administrative functions to ensure compliance.
8. Building relationships in sales and collections activities with stakeholders.
9. Coordinating marketing activities for the branch under supervision.
10. Ensuring maximum supervision of the allocated branch.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a financial institution.
• A professional qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

• Sales Management Skills: Direct Sales, Recruitment, Promotional Skills, Account Management, Customer Service, and Entrepreneurship.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Email.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
