Summary: Compassion International is seeking a Sponsor Donor Support Associate I to join our team. This entry-level position plays a vital role in facilitating the sponsor-donor connection and assisting with various program communication resources. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
• Act as an advocate for children’s needs and prioritize child protection considerations in all tasks.
• Coordinate the gathering of communication resources from church partners.
• Follow production schedules and act on feedback for quality improvement.
• Support field office staff in processing marketing or external relations information.
• Generate, organize, record, and track child, mother-child unit, and student information and correspondence documents.
• Monitor document quality and enter them into the database for dispatching.
• Produce electronic child information by entering data into the database and generating reports.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Experience:

• No experience required beyond the minimum education requirement.
• Cash flow management and/or treasury experience preferred, including at least 2 years of foreign exchange experience.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

• None required

Equivalent education, training, and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above.

Working Environment:

• Office – Standard Office Environment

Physical Demands:

• Sitting, standing, and/or walking for up to 8 hours per day

Travel Requirements:

• No travel required for this role

Work Hours: 8 hours per day
