Job Description:

• Develop and execute deposit mobilization strategies in line with Graines CMS’s business goals.
• Supervise a team of deposit mobilization officers, ensuring their activities align with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on deposit mobilization progress, offering strategic insights to management.
• Collaborate with various departments for seamless integration of deposit mobilization activities into business operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and deposit mobilization best practices.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders including CMS members, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage budget and resources for the deposit mobilization team, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in deposit mobilization, agency banking, or related roles in financial services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective strategies.
