Are you someone with exceptional interpersonal skills? Whether you’re a seasoned professional or a fresh graduate, Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (based in Kampala, Uganda) is on the lookout for experienced Sales Representatives. We seek individuals who are highly motivated, possess outstanding communication skills, and excel in building strong relationships to join our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients.
• Promote and sell company insurance products and services.
• Address clients’ inquiries and concerns regarding insurance policies.
• Provide comprehensive progress reports to management.
• Ensure client and company satisfaction by monitoring insurance claims.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
• Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
• Reside in Kampala or nearby areas.
