Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, technically experienced, and committed to exceeding expectations. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and availability.
• Ensure excellent customer service from order placement to delivery.
• Provide accurate price quotes and issue invoices and delivery notes.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Convert potential prospects into sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain documentation to track customer interactions and inquiries.
• Coordinate with production teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Liaise with finance/accounts department for payment processing.
• Share constructive ideas for process improvement.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a steel manufacturing company.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Training in business-related areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency.
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to customer service.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in at least five (5) of the following languages: Runyakitara, Runyankole, Rukiiga, Rutooro/Runyoro, Rufumbira, Kinyarwanda.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Experience: 48 months

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
