Quality Plastics (U) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely recovery of sales from clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the packaging or plastic industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Experience: No specific experience requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Work Hours: 8 hours/day
