Summary:
Quality Plastics (U) Ltd seeks a proactive and innovative SHEQ Assistant (Safety Health Environment & Quality) to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and international standards and regulations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the SHEQ Coordinator.
  • Assist in managing documentation related to safety, health, environmental, and quality compliance.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions on safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures for employees.
  • Support in conducting regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in investigating workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and contribute to corrective actions.
  • Ensure suppliers and contractors comply with relevant standards and certification requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to SHEQ performance.
  • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven work experience.
  • Knowledge in ISO, FSSC 22000, NEMA, UNBS, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setup preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • High level of integrity and a team player.

Work Hours: 8
Experience: 24 Months
Education: Bachelor Degree
