Objective of the Position:
As a Receptionist within the Human Resource and Administration Unit (HRAU), you will support Oxfam’s country program by ensuring smooth operations and professional conduct. Your primary responsibility involves facilitating effective administrative and front desk support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and staff courteously and professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents.
  • Organize and maintain contact lists.
  • Provide administrative support during recruitment.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and invoice processing.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pleasant demeanor and ability to work independently.
