JOB DETAILS:

Job Description:
The Program Manager for Campaigns will play a key role in coordinating and executing advocacy campaigns, working closely with stakeholders to ensure their success. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing program work plans in alignment with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with civil society, government, and academic stakeholders.
  • Leading content creation for radio poll questions, talk show scripts, and social media content.
  • Managing data analysis for campaign reports and assessing trends in relevant fields.
  • Facilitating the dissemination of findings through various communication channels.

Communications:
The role entails developing compelling stories, blogs, and articles to highlight the organization’s work. Additionally, the Program Manager will lead the creative direction of content to ensure impactful messaging across all platforms.

Research:
Monitoring developments in human rights and social justice fields, contributing to articles, and analyzing data are integral parts of the role. The Program Manager will also support project documentation and knowledge management.

Networking and Acquisition:
Supporting strategic acquisition plans, identifying networking opportunities, and representing TRAC FM at events and partnership meetings are key responsibilities.
