JOB DETAILS:
St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor is currently seeking a qualified Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform orthopaedic surgeries as required.
• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide training and mentorship to medical staff and students.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and ethical standards.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Orthopaedic Surgery from a recognized institution.
• Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized institution.
• Fully registered with Uganda Medical & Dental Practitioners’ Council.
• A valid Practicing License.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy medical setting.
• Honest, self-driven individual with a commitment to prioritizing patient well-being.

Work Hours: 8 hours/day

Experience: 24 months

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
