Job Details:
Duties:
- Tracking and monitoring the status and location of the complete inventory of non-expendable property.
- Collaborating with all sixteen ICASS agencies and all GSO sections to ensure the integrity and safekeeping of USG property.
- Reviewing incoming/outgoing reports.
Education: Completion of Secondary school (Both “O” and “A” Level) is required.
Experience: Two years of any work involving meticulous attention to detail.
Job Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of operating computer data input equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Familiarity with agency regulations and policies controlling data input.
Evaluations: Language proficiency (English level IV – good working knowledge) both spoken and written.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to tolerate repetitive work.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Interpersonal skills required when dealing with American employees and family members.
- Willingness to shift property when recording NEPA numbers.
Qualifications: All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.
