Job Details:

Duties:

• Tracking and monitoring the status and location of the complete inventory of non-expendable property.
• Collaborating with all sixteen ICASS agencies and all GSO sections to ensure the integrity and safekeeping of USG property.
• Reviewing incoming/outgoing reports.

Education: Completion of Secondary school (Both “O” and “A” Level) is required.

Experience: Two years of any work involving meticulous attention to detail.

Job Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of operating computer data input equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Familiarity with agency regulations and policies controlling data input.

Evaluations: Language proficiency (English level IV – good working knowledge) both spoken and written.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to tolerate repetitive work.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Interpersonal skills required when dealing with American employees and family members.
• Willingness to shift property when recording NEPA numbers.

Qualifications: All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.
