Summary:

Euromonitor International is seeking self-employed professionals for contract-based project work in Uganda. As a Market Research Analyst & Interviewer, you will be engaged in short-term ad-hoc projects, approximately 6-8 weeks per project, with remote support from our project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews with key industry stakeholders
• Researching contacts and networking within the industry
• Collecting information from secondary sources
• Visiting retail stores for data collection
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative information
• Generating reports in MS-Word and PowerPoint
• Availability of minimum 30 hours per week during projects

Requirements:

• Tenacity and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• High numeracy and data analysis skills
• Fluency in English and the local language
• Previous freelance or short-term contract experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
