Overall Job Purpose:
- Represent C-Care effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s service offerings, leading to the acquisition of new clients.
- Achieve company objectives by thorough planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making sales forecasts.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading sales team members, ensuring effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Develop a sales growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent leadership ability.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize projects/strategic initiatives with little supervision and meet tight deadlines and targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems.
- Ability to provide support and coaching to new team members within the Sales Team.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate and implement business development strategies in collaboration with General Managers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
- Consistently meet revenue/sales targets as established by the business.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence.
- Identify potential corporate clients for hospitals and clinics nationwide.
- Supervise, guide, train, and coach staff in the department, setting targets and reviewing performance periodically.
- Understand competitors and provide relevant Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) to capture the healthcare market.
- Manage contracts with corporate clients and address any related issues or complaints.
- Stay updated on key market trends and adapt C-Care’s services accordingly.
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
- Ensure company quotas are met by holding routine check-ins with the sales team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
