Interfaces with: EXCO, Department Managers, Multidisciplinary Clinical Units

Overall Job Purpose:

  • Represent C-Care effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s service offerings, leading to the acquisition of new clients.
  • Achieve company objectives by thorough planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making sales forecasts.
  • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading sales team members, ensuring effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Develop a sales growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent leadership ability.

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize projects/strategic initiatives with little supervision and meet tight deadlines and targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems.
  • Ability to provide support and coaching to new team members within the Sales Team.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and implement business development strategies in collaboration with General Managers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet revenue/sales targets as established by the business.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence.
  • Identify potential corporate clients for hospitals and clinics nationwide.
  • Supervise, guide, train, and coach staff in the department, setting targets and reviewing performance periodically.
  • Understand competitors and provide relevant Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) to capture the healthcare market.
  • Manage contracts with corporate clients and address any related issues or complaints.
  • Stay updated on key market trends and adapt C-Care’s services accordingly.
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure company quotas are met by holding routine check-ins with the sales team.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Work Hours: 8 hours/day
