1. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Company CSR Strategy and execute action plans.
  • Build relationships with Government Sectors and stay updated with new regulations.
  • Manage product and package quality through investigation of deviations and proactive corrective action.
  • Coordinate and ensure review of Plant risk assessments.
  • Develop annual CSR budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Manage contracting, procurement, and project management of approved CSR projects.
  • Define and execute a CSR communication plan.
  • Ensure stakeholder buy-in for supported projects.
  • Develop CSR programs with partners and identify organizations for successful project implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Development, Communication, Political Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience managing community or development projects.
  • Ability to maintain good relations with local stakeholders, NGOs, donors, and authorities.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

2. Social Package Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive onboarding of contractors and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement an assurance framework for social management.
  • Review and categorize contractor social obligations and assign risk.
  • Align with contractors on the design and development of Social Management Plans.
  • Monitor and assess social compliance of contractors, implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Manage Social Compliance teams and ensure effective project compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in compliance, contract management, or social performance.
  • Knowledge of social compliance standards.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

3. Senior Human Rights Coordinator

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Subsidiary in adhering to Company Human Rights commitments.
  • Implement United Nations Guiding Principles, Global Compact Principles, and OECD Guidelines.
  • Oversee Human Rights Impact Assessment and assist with its conduct.
  • Ensure adequate Human Rights Reporting and compliance with international and local laws.
  • Conduct verifications to ensure compliance with human rights laws.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in human rights, law, or related field.
  • Good negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

4. Estates and Facilities Lead

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define affiliate office space strategy and goals.
  • Monitor and control performance metrics related to Estate and Facilities objectives.
  • Oversee the realization of all affiliate’s Estate and Facilities operations.
  • Supervise procurement, relationship management, and service delivery.
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, human rights, political science, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a related discipline.
  • Good negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
