Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Inventory Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

• Tracking, auditing, and coordinating the activities of all staff members engaged in inventory control, ensuring accuracy of the ERP system.
• Monitoring inventory team routines impacting KPIs and ensuring they are measured daily, weekly, and monthly through comprehensive reporting.
• Providing leadership to the inventory team, identifying areas of weakness, and implementing training and development initiatives.
• Managing inventory days and overseeing end-month closure routines.
• Establishing and executing cycle count schedules, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining inventory positions as per sales, operations planning, customer requirements, and production schedules.
• Leading team practices and ensuring effective execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in FMCG warehousing.
• Proficiency in managing decentralized warehouses.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management tools.

Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
