Job Summary:
Our client in the manufacturing sector seeks a Human Resource Officer to provide comprehensive support in HR administration, including recruitment, on boarding, and payroll management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing payroll under HR manager’s supervision.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including deductions, overtime, and bonuses.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries.
• Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, maintaining accurate employee records.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee on boarding and off boarding processes.
• Utilize SAP for HR functions, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Generate reports from SAP for HR analytics and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel for analyzing and presenting HR data effectively.
• Create and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and trends in HR data.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations applicable to the manufacturing sector.
• Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.

Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Work, or Social Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing payroll and HR administration.
• Advanced knowledge in managing leave, attendance, and Health insurance.
• Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and exposure to HR Analytics are advantages.
• Flexible, self-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
