Summary: AAR Healthcare Clinic Network is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Health Center Manager (HCM). The successful candidate will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our health centers in alignment with corporate and clinical strategies.

Duties Include:

• Ensuring consistent high-quality outpatient service delivery
• Managing risk and compliance with treatment protocols
• Developing and leading staff
• Efficient resource utilization
• Annual operating plans and budgeting
• Compliance with medical/government standards
• Financial management and claims submission
• Data integrity and confidentiality
• Delivering cost-effective clinical services
• Operational leadership
• Safeguarding corporate interests
• Problem-solving and creative solutions

Key Performance Measures:

• Health center profitability
• Utilization of lab and pharmacy services
• Quality of service and customer satisfaction
• Leadership effectiveness

Education & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Medicine or Clinical Medicine
• Relevant clinical experience managing a health center
• Master’s degree (an advantage)
• Business acumen
• Proven leadership skills
• Analytical and communication skills
• Maturity and excellence in healthcare management

• Local health institutions and regulatory authorities

Work Hours: 8 hours

Experience: Minimum 12 months

Level of Education: Associate Degree
