Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Group Human Resource and Operations Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and enhance NFT’s policies and processes across all operating countries. As a pivotal member of our team, you will champion our company values, mission, and vision while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Design and document processes, procedures, and policies to support operational efficiency and Quality Management System framework.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Lead NFT branding, office setup, and logistics management initiatives.
  • Manage the corporate services team to achieve departmental targets.

HR Management:

  • Serve as the point of contact for all staff-related HR matters, including welfare, training, and development.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor the finance and operations team across multiple countries.
  • Drive policies and processes that promote a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for organizational improvement.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Provide leadership and direction to HR and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives supporting business growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR and operational matters.

Education, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration required; Master’s degree or certification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a related field, with expertise in HR, finance, and operations.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems, finance principles, and labor legislation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
