Summary: TrueNorth is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager – Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial accounting and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payables, Inventory, Receivables, and Payrolls.
• Ensure accuracy in recording invoices and reconciliation on the balance sheet.
• Oversee general ledger accounting and month-end processes.
• Manage the company’s insurance portfolio and ensure compliance.
• Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
• Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support.

Success Measures:

• Timely completion of payrolls and statutory obligations.
• Reduction of vendors and improvement in supplier terms.
• Compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
• Improvement in internal control environment and audit findings.

Financial Responsibility:

• Manage working capital through effective management of payables, receivables, and inventory.

Education and Training:

• Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration (Accounting/Finance)
• ACCA, CIMA, or CPA certification

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance management.
• Strong accounting skills and financial management knowledge.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
