Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure statutory compliance.
• Generate invoices and account statements.
• Post payments to customer accounts.
• Raise and send invoices to customers.
• Track overdue invoices and follow up on them.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Review requisitions before forwarding to the accountant.
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries regarding AR and AP.
• Reconcile service providers’ account statements and follow up on payments.
• Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.

• Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software and financial systems/tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related field.
• Additional certifications and training in accounting are advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of computers, mathematics, and QuickBooks.
