Job Details:
Project: Financial and Digital Literacy Training (FDLT) projects
Contract Type: Fixed term
Location: Rhino Camp and Palabek

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Partner and Community Relations and Mobilization:
    • Collaborate with FDLT project team, WFP, and their Cooperation Partners to plan the implementation of financial and digital literacy trainings at settlement level.
    • Assist in the selection process of refugees to be trained and the formation of learning groups.
  • Technical Adult Education Support and Training:
    • Participate in planning and training FDLT Trainers on financial literacy curriculum, adult teaching methodologies, and project data collection.
    • Supervise and monitor FDLT Trainers, ensuring quality teaching, performance, and accurate data collection.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning:
    • Support in the identification and mapping of other stakeholders providing financial services and literacy trainings at settlement level.
    • Collect and analyze data using WFP and FRC designed M & E tools.
    • Periodically analyze progress towards project outcome and outputs.

Qualification and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education/Pedagogy, Business Skills, Livelihood, or Community Development with substantial experience in Financial Literacy.
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience with communities and willingness to travel and reside in several rural project locations.
  • Proficiency in standard computing packages.
  • Motorcycle riding skills are a MUST, and shortlisted candidates will be tested on that.
