Job Description: As a Field Sales Officer at Mogo, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our Boda Boda loan products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Educating potential Boda Loan customers on Mogo Loans SMC Ltd and its Boda Boda loan products.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, scheduled customer appointments, and complaints.
• Following up on payment commitments made by customers to ensure compliance.
• Administering Boda loans and monitoring all loan repayments to manage portfolio quality effectively.
• Screening and enrolling eligible customers by guiding them on Boda Boda loan requirements.
• Proactively reaching out to potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Addressing customer inquiries and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
• Building and sustaining long-lasting customer relationships.
• Analyzing competitors, products, and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Providing regular feedback to the Branch Manager to improve customer acquisition, repayments, and retention.
• Following up with defaulting customers to maintain an acceptable Portfolio at Risk level.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Education Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a loans officer or in the Microfinance Industry.
• Age between 22 and 32 years.
• Proven performance track record with a clean background.
• Familiarity with the Boda Boda Industry preferred.
• Riding experience and possession of a valid riding/driving permit with class A.
• High level of discipline and integrity.

Work Hours: 8 hours/day

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 24 months
