Originating from the vision of missionary mothers, our school has flourished from a modest 32 students to a multicultural community of over 500, representing 38 nations. Our campus spans 15 acres, fostering an intimate educational environment with classes capped at 20 students per session, spanning from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Teacher will craft engaging lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum objectives. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing the holistic development of our students, empowering them to embrace their innate talents for service in the global community through a Christ-centered approach.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Curriculum and Instruction:

  • Develop and implement curriculum schemes tailored to individual student needs within the framework of the school’s mission.
  • Employ instructional methodologies that resonate with the school’s ethos, fostering a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Monitor and track student progress, offering timely feedback to parents and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, staying abreast of educational developments and integrating biblical principles into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate educational initiatives and participate in school events.

Supervision:

  • Oversee extracurricular activities and organizations as assigned, contributing to the holistic development of students.
  • Utilize professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
  • Provide input and recommendations for administrative functions, leveraging insights gained from student evaluations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with teaching certification from an internationally accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated international teaching experience and ongoing professional development.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Previous exposure to diverse cultural settings preferred.
