Job Description:

As the Business Manager – CIB, you will report directly to the Chief Corporate and Institutional Banking Officer, providing crucial day-to-day support to facilitate strategic decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) strategy and participate in various strategic projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing key revenue drivers, tracking performance metrics, and providing comprehensive support to the Chief CIB Officer.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in formulating and articulating the CIB strategy alongside the Chief CIB Officer.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making processes and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and provide insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Track performance against plans and propose measures to mitigate risks and challenges.
  • Represent the organization in business forums under the guidance of the Chief CIB Officer.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Corporate Banking business model and regulatory landscape.
  • Conduct internal and external research as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief CIB Officer and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in banking, consulting, or audit.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of banking industry trends is advantageous.
  • High emotional intelligence, trustworthiness, and judgment.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional networking and customer management abilities.

Work Hours:

8 hours per day
