Summary:
Asaak Financial Services seeks 8 Sales Team Leads to join its dynamic team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role requires individuals with strong technical skills, managerial experience, and a commitment to ethical business practices. Successful candidates will oversee operations related to microloans, including fuel and smartphone loans, and boda boda services.

Job Summary:
The Sales Team Leads will be responsible for managing Asaak’s microloan department, overseeing operational teams, adhering to company standards, and ensuring financial integrity. Each branch requires leads for microcredit and boda boda services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop the microloan department, managing smaller loan products and boda boda services
• Supervise operational teams, ensuring adherence to company standards and goals
• Detect and prevent fraud, maintaining financial integrity
• Conduct portfolio analysis and train staff on software and analytical tools
• Maintain relationships with service providers and partners
• Conduct focus groups and surveys to improve customer satisfaction
• Manage company bills and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
• Leadership experience of at least 3+ years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Integrity, accountability, and transparency
• Fluency in English; Luganda is a plus
