Application forms (PSC -Form 3, 2008) and for the Education department (ESC- Form3, 1998) to be completed in triplicate (original handwriting) and are obtainable free from Public Service Commission or from Secretaries District Service Commission offices all over the country. Serving Officers should route their application through their respective heads of departments. Certified Photocopies of Academic documents, CVs, ID’s and any other relevant documents, as well as recent passport size photograph, should be attached to each form as a must.

Don’t forget to indicate 24/7 Telephone number. Application forms should reach the Secretary District Service Commission registry, P.O Box 1530 Kamwenge, NOT LATER THAN 15/03/2024. Late applications will not be considered. Any form of conversing will disqualify the candidate.
