Summary:
NIC General Insurance Ltd is seeking experienced individuals to fill the position of Drivers. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting staff and delivering NICL items while ensuring the proper maintenance of company vehicles in accordance with administrative guidelines and road safety laws.

Job Title: Driver
Reports to: Manager Administration

Purpose:
To transport staff, deliver NICL items, and ensure the periodic maintenance of company vehicles in compliance with administrative guidelines, driver’s protocols, and road safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive NICL vehicles in accordance with driver’s guidelines, NICL policy, and road safety laws.
• Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks and provide reports as per driver’s guidelines and NICL policy.
• Deliver NICL correspondence, property, and equipment adhering to relevant NICL policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle movement, insurance, licenses, and service cards as per NICL policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification and Experience:

• Advanced level certificate.
• Valid driving permit, Class B.
• Valid driving permit, Class DM is an added advantage.
