At Prestige Driving School, we teach and train our learners to become the safe drivers of tomorrow. With the backing of our competent staff, we aim to provide the highest level of driver training in Uganda, equipping learners with defensive driving skills.


Job Summary:

We are seeking proactive and eager individuals to join our team as Instructors/Drivers at our recently established branches.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • The Instructor must hold a UCE Certificate
  • Valid and clean driving permit
  • At least five years of driving experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train fresh learners on how to drive safely (both practical and theory)
  • Train basic mechanics to all clients before handing over for testing
  • Maintain the training cars in good condition and clean
  • Record car mileage and submit a report to the supervisor
  • Instill confidence in the learners
  • Prepare learners for emergency situations
  • Ensure cars are parked at designated parking spots
  • Assist branch managers in collecting inquiries when not instructing
  • Drive for marketing purposes
  • Deliver excellent customer care to clients
  • Get feedback from clients after lessons using feedback forms
  • Report accidents promptly
  • Ensure reported issues are resolved
  • Ensure sales and customer service expectations are met
  • Ensure the safety of learners on and off the road
  • Ensure cars are safe mechanically
  • Ensure cars are parked well daily
  • Ensure lessons match the fuel issued for the day
  • Report any mechanical breakdowns promptly and follow up for completion
  • Record starting mileage at the beginning of each training session
  • Record mileage and time after every lesson
  • Record mileage at the end of the day
  • Ensure clients are comfortable and contented
  • Accountable for branch sales and targets
  • Report any fraud-related issues at branches to the General Manager
