JOB DETAILS:
Landy Industries Ltd, a prominent manufacturer of plastics, shoes, and gumboots (EVA, PVC), operating in Uganda since 2009, is seeking 10 Fresh Graduates (6 female and 4 male). We are on the lookout for creative, highly enthusiastic graduates eager to gain experience and elevate their career prospects by supervising shoe-making operations and monitoring team members.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day operations of team members.
• Overseeing the shoe-making process to ensure standard quality is met.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving operating methods and procedures.
• Ensuring workplace is adequately stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
• Tracking progress on special projects towards company goals.
• Engaging in educational opportunities to enhance skills.

Factory Supervisor Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in leadership, time management, and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to pursue further educational opportunities.
